Brad Martin serves as Chairman of the Board and, through RBM Ventures, is principal owner of BPI. Mr. Martin’s bio can be found here.
Joel Wood serves as CEO and is responsible for all strategic, operational, and financial decisions for the company. Mr. Wood joined BPI as Chief Financial Officer in September of 2017. Prior to BPI, he was CFO of RemitDATA, Inc., a software-as-a-service company focused on healthcare analytics. RemitDATA was a VC-backed company that raised over $15 million in venture debt and equity capital that was sold to eSolutions, Inc. in August 2017.
Mr. Wood began his career as a corporate banker with Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo) focused on lending to Fortune 500 clients. Later, he embarked on an investment banking career with Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc. (now Raymond James) as a generalist focused on helping companies gain access to capital in the public markets. Mr. Wood also worked with Stephens Inc., last serving as a Vice President in the technology and logistics groups. He was also a Vice President in the healthcare group of Dain Rauscher Wessels (now RBC Capital Markets). Mr. Wood left investment banking to become a general partner in Delta Capital Management, a venture capital firm with $60 million under management focused on early-stage investments in the southeastern U.S. He sourced and managed several investments in the technology and healthcare industries.
Mr. Wood received a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering with High Honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology and received an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Brad Ward serves as Vice President and Chief Operator and is responsible for Operations at all BPI manufacturing facilities. Mr. Ward joined BPI as a Project Manager in November 2016, later serving as Director of Operations and then General Manager with full P&L responsibility at the Memphis facility.
Mr. Ward has more than 25 years of experience in the field of blending, filling, and contract packaging of consumer products for a variety of end markets. Mr. Ward began his career at W.M. Barr Corporation, which spanned several roles over 23 years. Mr. Ward gained extensive direct experience in batching, line operations, and line management, last serving as Senior Director of Operations, responsible for all manufacturing operations across multiple manufacturing sites.
Keith Parker serves as Director of Human Resources, joining BPI in July 2018. Prior to BPI, Mr. Parker was Senior Human Resources Manager with Radial, Inc. and PFS Web supporting their third-party logistics operations. Mr. Parker also was Human Resources Manager for Rockwool International (formerly Roxul) and was instrumental in the start-up of the first greenfield manufacturing plant in the U.S. Mr. Parker is a member of the Society of Human Resources Managers and has over 20 years of experience in human resources in the manufacturing and distribution industries.
Mr. Parker received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Memphis, graduating magna cum laude.
