BPI Packaging, LLC is delighted to announce that we have earned the ISO 9001:2015 certification.  The certification covers BPI’s full service chemical blending, filling and packaging services at both its Memphis, TN and Olive Branch, MS locations.

The prestigious ANAB certification was awarded by EAGLE Registrations, Inc. based upon their independent audit and assessment.

The ISO 9000 series are based on seven quality management principles:

Customer focus
Leadership

Process approach
Improvement
Evidence-based decision making
Relationship management

ISO 9001:2015 is a process based standard.  The certification recognizes organizations that effectively link business objectives with operating effectiveness.  Companies that achieve certification to ISO 9001:2015 have demonstrated effective implementation of documentation and records management, top management’s commitment to their customers, establishment of clear policy, strong planning and implementation, good resource management, efficient process control, measurement and analysis, and continual improvement.

Bobby Dunn, BPI’s President summed up the achievement:  “The ISO 9001:2015 certification is testament to our unrelenting focus on quality and customer service, and our culture of continuous improvement.”
