Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Executive VP of Business Development, this position provides comprehensive customer support, advocacy, and outstanding relationship management to assigned BPI Packaging customers. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) product identification and implementation, order processing, assisting with sourcing and purchasing packaging components, forecasting, scheduling coordination, system set-up, assisting with establishing shipping and distribution programs, and project management.
High school graduation or GED and at least five years of customer service, sales support, or other related experience. Experience in a liquid packaging manufacturing operation within the chemical industry a plus; a college degree in business administration, finance or related area a plus.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to interact and work with customers and employees at all levels of the organization; excellent organization and follow-up skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to participate in multi-functional teams; ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; ability to understand and analyze customer issues and respond in a timely manner; must be proficient in computer applications including order entry.
